FAQs

Where is the event?
Brain Camp is hosted in Rockport Massachusetts, under an hour north of Boston, Massachusetts (Boston Logan International Airport)
What lodging is advised?
Lodging check-in is Friday to check-out Monday, so you are relaxed in Rockport for your Brain Camp live nutrient days of Friday and Saturday.

Airbnb, VRBO, booking.com, and local inns and motels are recommended. Local Rockport motels can include Eagle House, Rockport Inn & Suites, Captains Bounty, The Cove, The Emerson Inn, Yankee Clipper Inn, and Addison Choate Inn.
What airport do I fly into?
Boston Logan International Airport
When do I arrive/depart?
Arrival to Boston Logan Airport is advised by Friday by 4pm so that you are ready in Rockport for Brain Camp to begin. You will get the most out of the event this way and ensure you’re local for the event start time Friday evening. We recommend arriving in Rockport Friday, though if needed due to flight time, an overnight in Boston is possible.

Departure is no earlier than Monday because you’ll need a great rest Sunday evening after live nutrition.
What are the transport options to/from Boston Logan Airport?
Driving from Boston to Rockport, Massachusetts is easiest with a rental car hired from the airport. Any car rental website like Hertz or Enterprise can do, and booking.com on desktop or mobile app makes a car rental very easy. This is the preferred option so you have transport while in Rockport to drive to the event location (often held at 19 Broadway in Rockport), Common Crow grocery store, etc.

Please be advised that Uber, Lyft, and the like are not local to Rockport, so a rental car from the airport is the best way to secure your departure transportation. You may find an Uber or Lyft from Boston TO Rockport, but it’s not guaranteed from Rockport to Boston.

Additionally, car services and local drivers we’ve successfully collaborated with are:

  • Vasilicas $120 cash — text @ +1 (405) 385-4889
  • ILI Limo Car Service, Owner Erwin, $150 — (508) 410-6489, http://www.ililimo.com
What kind of time commitment is Brain Camp?
Arrival is Friday by 4pm, departure Monday in the morning. It’s highly recommended to take a couple of days off of work upon your return home to integrate because your brain and nervous system need time for healing.
Any other travel related tips?
  • Rockport, Massachusetts is the North East USA, so varying weather encourages varying layers! Bring comfortable clothing, jackets, socks, and slippers for the event space.
  • Common Crow is the health food store to stop by on your way into town.
  • There are no local restaurants recommended that can ensure your live nutrients are protected (as you’ll be strictly off of alcohol, sugar, chocolate, caffeine, nicotine, alliums like garlic and onions for a bare minimum of 7 days prior to your Brain Camp and during the event).
  • Best experiences can be had when off of your phone during the event, so plan to have a weekend away from work and the phone! Bring a journal and plan on great rest.
  • Ear plugs are recommended since there’s a local church with frequent church bells!
  • You can fill up with spring water at the event space with your favorite water canister.
  • Post-event it’s not recommended to travel or go on other big escapades for 30 days post-event, since the nutrients will continue working on your system. Airplanes and events can have various bacteria and viruses, and the month post-event it’s advised to protect your investment by not taking more travel than necessary.
