What To Pack

Rockport is a seaside town about an hour north of Boston, Massachusetts in the North East USA, and the weather can vary widely depending on the season—from windy, cool coastal mornings and even snow, to warm afternoons and the most stunning days you'll experience (cherry blossom season is especially beautiful).

Biochemical shifts during the experience may also change how warm or cool you feel, so adaptable layers are key. Comfortable clothing is always a great choice—naps and relaxed couch time are very much part of the experience.

Cozy slippers are welcome in our shoe-free event environment.

To respect everyone's experience, please leave synthetics and fragrances at home. If you'd like natural product recommendations, your Client Care contact is a great resource.

You can bring your BiomeTech PM sprays for your first night, and immune support for the journey, though beyond that you won't be needing your BiomeTech products during the live event.

Groceries

Stop in at Common Crow (local Rockport health store) or even Whole Foods in Boston before driving in.

There are no restaurants in Rockport that can accommodate the dietary needs, so please ensure sufficient time for the store prior to the beginning of your Brain Camp.  We recommend high protein as fuel for brain and body regeneration, not sugar or filler snacks.
